A Happy Hello

Hello, dear friends.  I wanted to pop in and wish you a great weekend and a Happy Easter if you celebrate.  My three Little Darlings—Gina, Lucy, and Alice are dressed in their finest and awaiting the Easter Bunny’s arrival tomorrow.  I wonder what treasures their baskets will hold.

It just started raining here; the wind is picking up, and it’s none too warm!  Ugh!  I think I’ll dream and wish and pray for a sunny Easter Sunday tomorrow.  How about you?  Although it isn’t always, (I remember snowy ones) Easter Sunday should be sunny!

Speaking of sunshine, here’s a photo of my chihuahua soaking up the sunshine from a week ago.  He gravitates towards every sunbeam coming into the house.  No doubt today, with the absence of sunshine, he will be burrowed in his blankets, poor baby.

Have a wonderful Easter weekend or simply a wonderful weekend!  If you care to share your weekend plans, I’d love to hear them. ❤

Thank you, Orli, for the spring wishes. Today it will “look” like spring, but I’m afraid it is still quite cold. I’d rather have the sunshine and cold rather than the rain and warmth, though. So, all is good. ❤

And a very Happy Easter to you and your precious family, Cindy! If it snows tomorrow, just remember, this is the reason Easter eggs are brightly colored, so you can find the eggs. 😉
    Big love, hugs ‘n heart-smiles ~

Happy Easter, Louise. I love your reason about why Easter eggs are brightly colored. That makes a lot of sense. Luckily, now snow today as the sun will be shining on this beautiful day. Enjoy! ❤

    Hi Cindy,
Happy Easter! Last time I commented you were sending your babygirl off to college for the first time… Time flies, soon she will have two years under her belt. I’m guessing she may be home for spring break? If so I hope you are enjoying your time together.
What a cute pic of your sweet pup. I think we could all use some time in the sun.
You girls look so beautiful in their new spring ensembles! For years now I’ve had high hopes of winning one of your outfits but alas my internet is sooo slow here.. Oh well, if ever you decide to take orders please let me be the first on your contact list.
Easter Blessings to you and your sweet family

Happy Easter, Ingrid. I am touched that you remember how hard it was for me to send my daughter off to college. Yes, she is home for a few days. The semester is nearly over and she WILL be halfway through with college… already. Time DOES fly by oh, so fast. I am learning to enjoy all the happy moments as well as those that are sad. Those can be important learning experiences for me.
I’m sorry your internet is so slow and you haven’t been able to purchase one of my doll ensembles. I’m sorry, also, that I am not making as many of them as I used to. God is asking me to make some things for His real life little girls in this world who have so little.

I think Lucy looks the most excited for the big hunt tomorrow. They look so ready in their adorable dresses. Hope you have nice weather so your pup won’t be a pupsicle.
Tomorrow we’ll head down to son in law’s parents home to watch the grands chase around looking for bunny eggs. 🙂 I’m bringing two kinds of quiche. Mushroom/green onion and bacon/onion.
    Have a wonderful Easter.

Happy Easter to you and your family, Joy! It sounds like you’ll have a fun day. There’s nothing like watching the excitement on the little ones’ faces while on an Easter egg hunt. So sweet! I’m afraid today will be cold, but sunny. So, yay for the sunshine! My pup feels the cold so easily. Don’t worry, he has a blanket in every room. lol Your quiches sound yummy! Have a piece for me. ❤

Good morning Cindy. Easter wishes to you and your family. My Easter is a very quiet one with some sadness. We farwelled my partner’s 97yr old Mum last Thursday. I will miss our visits to her. My 97yr old stepmother is also ailing and I may need to travel to be with her in her final days.
Here in Tamworth Australia we are enjoying an extended summer with quite warm weather and no rain. My garden is suffering as we are on water restrictions again . Easter Greetings to everyone🐣🐇

Happy Easter, Wendy! My deepest condolences to you and your partner for your loss. I pray you both can find some comfort today while remembering her on this special day. It is a very hard time when our loved ones are ill. Prayers also for your stepmother.
It sounds like you need a good ole thunderstorm to soak the ground. ❤
