How about you? The groundhog said 6 more weeks of winter, not 7 and still counting! Although I’m aware that here in northern Illinois we’ve been lucky, no snow, but boy has it been windy and cold.
To ease winter’s wrath, how about some photos of my girls wearing springtime attire? You can dream about springtime and flower gardens.
I hope the photos of my girls helped make you feel a little bit more “springy”. I know they helped me. Very soon spring weather will be a reality. Hang in there!
Please say hello (if you’d like), and let me know how springtime is progressing where you live. I’d love to know.
Enjoy the weekend, my dear friends. ❤
They are all lovely… like little spring blossoms! Thanks for a breath of spring :o)
Hi, Donna. Thank you. I’m glad my girls brought you some feelings of springtime. ❤
Such adorable as always and I love the way you say ‘my girls’! They definitely met the spring. Maybe they can tell us too where it is. Even here in my country it’s still snowing. 🙂
Hi, Cristina. Thank you. Yes, they are my vinyl girls. They’re sweet and lovely faces always seem to cheer me up when I am working alone in my studio. Sorry you’re not having any springtime weather either. It really MUST be right around the corner. ❤
Simply beautiful. Here in Vancouver BC we have daffodils blooming and the pink trees about to bloom but it’s very cold; only 3 C today.
Sigh! Here in Montreal it is -3C with plenty of snow still on the ground.
Oh Donna, that sounds shivery cold. I hope it warms up soon. ❤
Hi, Ihhouben. Thank you. Oh, the daffodils must be beautiful; they are such happy flowers. And your trees are ready to bloom too! Your spring is ahead of ours, maybe by 2-3 weeks. I agree, it is cold where you live. Brrr. ❤
Your pictures definitely help and also inspire me to get my dolls ready for Spring!
Hi, Queengwynnie. Thank you. Maybe if our little girls are ready Mama Nature will send us the appropriate weather. I hope you’re having a nice weekend. ❤
Super cute! We’re still below average by me. I’m ready for spring!
Hi, Robin. Thank you. I think spring is late EVERYWHERE this year. *sigh* I’m ready for spring too! ❤
Lovely springy/Easter photos. So pretty.
It’s sunny here in northern CA today. After the rain, the daffodils are blooming and lovely.
Hi, Joy. It sounds lovely by you. I’m happy to hear about your sunshine and daffodils. I can’t wait for our daffodils. I need to remember about that hillside in a nearby subdivision’s park area. It’s loaded with daffodils, a sea of yellow. ❤
They are fantastic. I know what you mean we’ve even had quite a bit of snow here in southern England,& wet too. The blackthorn is at least blooming, & that normally means the end of winter, but only after it’s finished blooming. We went of a walk & the salt marshland on the Thames estuary is quit flooded this year.
It looks like we all need some sunshine 🌞
Hi, Lucyannluna. Thank you. It must be uplifting to see beautiful blossoms on the the blackthorn. We don’t have any early blooming trees or shrubs here. Hopefully, your wet winter will mean lots of spring loveliness soon. We will all be so very happy to see spring weather finally arrive this year. ❤
I second the call for spring to show its face! I am in same boat as you or worse waiting for spring. But oh my gosh , i have never seen such absolute femnininity in one post! The girls are adorable in their spring dresses! Say hi to them all , hugs, Terri xo.
Hi, Terri. A big thank you from the girls and I. These are outfits I made last spring; I love looking back. I was so busy. You are probably colder than us being so much farther north. I hope the snow is at least gone? My girls say hello to you, too. ❤
