Puki’s Playtime

My little Pukipuki and I had a playful and fun photo shoot this week.  I love working with this little one.  She has never had a tantrum and takes direction very well.  Of course, she was all smiles when I brought out the teddy bears and the huggable pillow puppy.  And…she always loves sitting on the little twig bench that I bought for the fairies who visit our garden.

    HI Cindy,
Your little Sugar looks like she enjoys modeling for you and she looks like she poses very well too. Does she? I’ve hear that Fairyland dolls pose very easily. I’ve never seen one of these dolls in person. I’m not even sure how tall she is…the same as Izzy or Amelia Thimble?

Her little outfit is very sweet. She looks like she is ready to do some playing outside, as long as she can take one of those little teddies with her! Very cute…
I hope you got sunshine today…we got some for a little while.
    Blessings, Jeanne

Hi Jeanne. Yes, Pukipuki dolls pose very well, not floppy at all. They have magnets in their feet and hands so sometimes I will put a metal lid underneath the fabric she is standing on to help her pose, but she can stand on her own too. What is also very cool is that she can hold onto metal objects such as jingle bells. Her hands and feet can be removed for ease in dressing too. She is made out of lightweight matte plastic, so she is very lightweight. She is a smidge taller than Ameilia, but noticeably wider in body. Here’s a link
( http://bit.ly/1ItW4zx ) to see a photo on my Flickr page that shows Amelia and Sugar in the same photo.
      Rainy days and Mondays here…

        HI Cindy,
That is the coolest thing that their feet and hands have magnets in them. What a brilliant idea someone thought of!! You have 3 of the little girls…Izzy, Amelia, and Sugar? They are so tiny I bet they could live in a shoebox!
        Blessings, Jeanne
