Here is a peek at a doll sweater I just finished for Tonner’s new Patsy doll. It is knit with Knit Pick’s Aloft. Aloft is a very soft lace weight super kid mohair and silk blend yarn. It produces a sweater that’s as light and fluffy as a cloud. This sweater has seed beads knitted in the sweater in a linear art deco design on the front, back and the sleeves. Floral embroidery further embellishes this sweater.

Your new sweater for the Tonner Patsy is simply fantiastic. I love your work, especially your embroidery embellishments. Would love to conquer the bullion stitch. The rest I could do. Guess I’ll have to keep practicing.
Try a straw needle, Lora. The eye is not much bigger than the needle tip so it is easier to pull through.
