I grew up watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer every year at Christmas time. It was my favorite Christmas special. I must confess that I still enjoy watching it. In those days there were no DVDs or even video tapes to be purchased so the show couldn’t be missed when it was broadcast on television. We only had one chance a year to see Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and we made sure to watch it. It’s great that this classic is still so popular today.
My Talyssa cannot wait to watch Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer for the first time. Her excitement is contagious. I made Talyssa a very special dress out of a Rudolph and Clarice cotton print and she just loves it. What little girl wouldn’t be thrilled with two of her favorite reindeer on a Christmas dress made especially for her? I found a stuffed deer miniature in my props drawer and wanted to turn him into Rudolph for Talyssa. I think she likes him, don’t you?

She looks great! Have a nice week!
Thank you, Dorinda. Talyssa is as sweet as a spoonful of sugar! Wishing you a very nice week as well.
Absolutely adorable! I LOVE this fabric!
Thanks, Phyllis. Talyssa was the perfect little one for this fabric.
The little outfit is beautiful. If you love Rudolph you might enjoy what Build a Bear did dressing up all the Reindeer. They’re under Meet the Team on the site. Very cute!
Eva
Hi Eva and thank you. I went over to BAB and saw their cute stuffies. Wouldn’t it be fun if they had sizes suitable for the dollies? I didn’t realize it was the 50th anniversary of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
